The Huawei MediaPad M6 comes with a 10.8” display and is powered by a Kirin 980 processor. The MediaPad tablet is succeeding the company's earlier launched MediaPad M5-series. The MediaPad M6 packs a 2K IPS ten-touch display with 2560x1600 pixels resolution and 280ppi pixel density. It is fueled by a HiSilicon Kirin 980 SoC, in combination with 4GB of RAM and a Mali G76 GPU. The MediaPad M6 also comes with GPU Turbo 3.0 support. The internal storage can be further expanded by up to 512GB with a microSD memory card.
The tablet sports two cameras. On the front is an 8-megapixel selfie shooter with fixed focus. The front-facing camera is perfect for video or conference calls. The rear camera packs a 13-megapixel lens with auto focus for daily snapshots. Connectivity options include dual band WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac), Bluetooth 5.0, dual 4G LTE (FDD+TDD), a fingerprint reader, USB Type-C port and a headphone jack. Through its USB-C port you can connect the tablet with a HDMI adapter too. The 7.500 mAh battery of the Huawei MediaPad M6 is fully charged in about 2.5 hours. The tablet is running EMUI based on Android 9 Pie OS. Please note, that even if English language (or another language) is available, some parts of the operating system might still be displayed in Chinese language. No launcher change possible.
