The Xiaomi Redmi 7A is the latest budget device of the Redmi 7 series with a TÜV Rheinland certified 5.45-inch screen, Snapdragon octa-core SoC and 2+1 card slot. The phone is available in three different variants with 2GB+16GB, 2GB+32GB and 3GB+32GB. It comes with one camera sensor on front and rear and supports dual 4G LTE and a battery which can last for 19 days! It even comes with an invisible “raincoat” to resist a bit of water.
The Redmi 7A sports a HD+ screen with 5.45-inch, 1440x720 pixels resolution and a pixel density of 295ppi. The Redmi 7A has a TÜV Rheinland certified eye screen protecting your eyes, effectively suppress harmful blue light and reduce irreversible damage. The Redmi 7A is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 chipset with eight cores and up to 2.0GHz burst frequency. The processor is accompanied by up to 3GB of RAM and an Adreno 505 GPU. The flash storage can be extended via separate microSD card slot by up to 256GB.
On the rear of the low-cost Android smartphone is a 13-megapixel sensor with f/2.2 aperture supporting PDAF, monochrome LED flash light and modes like standard HDR or continuous shooting. On the front, the Redmi 7A has a 5-megapixel camera with AI portrait mode, background blur and AI smart beauty mode. The selfie snapper is also used to unlock the phone or to do video calls with friends, family and colleagues. Videos can be recorded with 1080p and 30fps.
