Like every Redmi-Series before, the new Redmi 6 series comes with a Pro or Prime edition. The 5.84-inch phone Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro is an affordable mid-range device powered by a Snapdragon 625 system-on-chip. Its variants include 32 GB storage + 3 GB RAM, 32 GB storage + 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage + 4 GB RAM.
The Xiaomi cell phone, which is also called Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite, features a 2.5D curved glass display with 5.84-inch. The IPS LCD display comes with full HD+ resolution (2280 x 1080p) and 19:9 aspect ratio, as well as brightness up to 500nit. The Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro is powered by a 64bit Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core with up to 2.0GHz clock speed. The processor comes paired with an Adreno 506 GPU and up to 4GB of RAM. The internal storage of all three variants can be expanded with a microSD memory card by an additional 256GB. This leaves plenty of storage space to download apps, music, movies and games on this affordable mobile phone.
On the rear the smartphone fits an AI dual camera setup made of a 12-megapixel primary sensor accompanied with a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. The AI rear camera supports PDAF phase focus, f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. Several different modes and features like Portrait, HDR, Night enhancement, EIS and continuous shooting mode are supported. The front-facing camera sports a 5-megapixel camera lens. Videos can be recorded with up to 1080p and 30fps. The Hongmi 6 Pro cannot just be unlocked with your fingerprint but also with your face via face ID.
The Redmi 4 Prime successor comes with a large built-in battery with 4000mAh capacity. Further features of the dual SIM mobile include dual band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and A-GPS, Glonass, Beidou as well as 4G LTE and VoLTE. An infrared sensor is also on board. The Redmi 6 Pro smartphone runs with MIUI, based on Android 8.0 Oreo.
