Following the success of the Chuwi Hi8, the Chinese tablet maker has unveiled an enhanced version called Hi8 Air. The 8.0-inch IPS display on the front is framed in black, with a gray rear. The display of the Hi8 Air has a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels with 400nits brightness and 80% color gamut. The display is crisp and has a good black level, contrast and color saturation.
The Dual OS tablet comes preinstalled with two operating systems namely Windows 10 and Android 5.1. Both operating systems are running very smoothly and working with the tablet is no problem either. Under the hood, we have an Intel Cherry Trail Z8350 Quad-core processor with a maximum clock speed of 1.92GHz working together with 2GB of RAM. The tablet also provides plenty of internal storage. The internal memory accounts for a total of 32GB and can be expanded with the help of a micro SD memory card by a further 64GB.
The rear camera takes photos and videos with up to 2.0-megapixels and the front camera has the same resolution.
