The Cubot R11 is a budget entry-level 3G smartphone with 5.5-inch display and 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a low-cost MediaTek quad-core CPU and comes with 2GB of RAM and an expandable storage of 16GB. It sports true dual SIM support with a separate dedicated SD card slot and has a detachable battery with 2,800mAh. Further features include a LED notification light, dual rear camera, Android 8.1 Oreo and a fingerprint sensor.
The Cubot R11 has a Full Screen display with 18:9 aspect ratio. The 5.5-inch IPS screen has a resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels (HD+). Other features of the smartphone’s display are 293ppi, 1300:1 contrast ratio and 16 million display colors. The budget cell phone is powered by a MediaTek MT6580 chipset that clocks at 1.3 GHz speed. The GPU on the smartphone is the ARM Mali-400 MP2. Furthermore, 2GB of RAM and an internal storage of 16GB are on board the Cubot R11. The ROM can be expanded up to 64GB with a microSD memory card.
On the rear is an 8-megapixel primary sensor that can be interpolated to 13MP (f/2.4) accompanied by a secondary 2-megapixel lens. On the front is a 5-megapixel camera lens for selfie snapshots and face-to-face calls. The front facing camera can be interpolated to 8 MP. On the back of the R11 is a fingerprint scanner to unlock the phone in 0.1 seconds.
The Cubot R11 has a removable battery with a capacity of 2,800mAh. Additional features include GPS and A-GPS, as well as Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi (802.1.1 b/g/n), a microUSB charging port and up to 3G connectivity. The dual SIM device comes with a set of different sensor e.g. Light, Distance and G-sensor. The affordable 3G mobile runs Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.
