The Homtom S8 is a 5.7-inch smartphone with a display aspect ratio of 18:9. The GFF screen has HD+ resolution with 1440 x 720 pixels and delivers good results in terms of brightness and contrast. The MTK6750T Octa-core processor is the heart of the edgeless dual SIM smartphone. The Octa-core processor has 4GB of memory. The flash memory of 64GB can be extended by microSD memory card by an additional 128GB.
Despite the 5.7-inch display, the Homtom S8 is able to keep a smaller footprint by using the trendy 18:9 display aspect ratio with an edge-to-edge design. The mobile phone is also slightly rounded on the front (2.5D glass) and has a curved back, giving the smartphone a premium appearance and imporved hand grip. Thanks to its curved design, the phone also has a display-to-body ratio of more than 83%. The MediaTek SoC provides the necessary power with up to 1.5GHz. The processor is supported by 4GB RAM and the Mali-T860 GPU. The internal memory of 64 gigabytes can be expanded by a further 128 GB by microSD card.
A total of three cameras are available for photographically enthusiastic users. The dual camera on the back has a 13.0 megapixel sensor (interpolated 16MP) and 5.0 megapixel sensor with dual flash. On the front is an 8.0 Megapixel selfie shooter which takes very nice and clear pictures in everyday life. Thanks to 4G LTE, everything can be quickly and easily shared with your family or friends via Whatsapp or social media.
