The Meizu Pro 7 with 10-core chip and dual display is finally available! The new MEIZU Premium Smartphone Pro 7 has not only two cameras, but also has two displays! The 4+128GB version of the 5.2-inch smartphone has an additional AMOLED display on the back. The 1.9-inch screen has a resolution of 240 x 536 pixels and does not only display information such as time, date, weather and steps, but can also be used to capture selfies with the dual camera.
On the front, the Pro 7 has a 5.2-inch display with full-HD resolution and a pixel density of 423 ppi. The small version is equipped with a Helio X30 processor. The X30 has ten cores and a clock speed of up to 2.6GHz. In addition, there is 4 GB of RAM and the IMG PowerVR 7XTP GPU. The internal memory is super-fast 128 gigabytes UFS2.1.
At the back, Meizu uses two camera lenses each with 12 megapixels arranged above the secondary display. Similar to other high-class smartphones, e.g. the Huawei P10, a camera takes black and white photos and the second camera lens provides color pictures. Meizu uses the Sony IMX386 sensor with f/2.0 aperture, as well as Phase Detection Auto focus and a two-tone LED flash, as in the predecessor model Pro 6 Plus. On the front is a 16-megapixel camera used, with unusually high resolution.
The fingerprint sensor is integrated again in the "mTouch" -button. For Hi-Fi lovers, the Meizu Pro 7 has the Cirrus Logic CS43130, as well as the Smart PA audio chip on board. The metal frame encloses the built-in battery with a capacity of 3.000mAh. Bluetooth 4.2 (supporting BLE), GPS, GLONASS, a gyroscope and digital compass are also available. In comparison to the 4+64GB version the high-end version also supports dual band Wi-Fi ac in addition to 802.11a/b/g/n. The preinstalled operating is Flyme 6.0, based on Android 7.0 Nougat.
