The newcomer Onda is starting with three new products of the Pony series. Onda Pony 41, Pony 31 and Pony 31 Pentium. The device is also known under the name Onda Xiaoma 31. The last two models differ only in the processor and the screen size from each other. The brand-new Intel Pentium quad-core processor (N4200) with 2.5GHz clocking makes the Pony 31 Pentium, despite the low weight of only 1.35kg and the 13.3-inch screen, a real power pack!
In addition to the four CPU cores, which clock up to full 2.5GHz, the N4200 also integrates an HD Graphics 505 graphics unit. The integrated graphics unit clocks at 200 to 700MHz. Furthermore, 64GB eMMC is installed on flash memory and 4GB DDR3L RAM. The internal memory of the Onda Pony 31 Pentium can be extended by a Micro SD card (max. 256GB). Furthermore, it is also possible to install an SDD hard drive with up to 2 Terabytes in the laptop.
The Onda Pony 31 Pentium has a 14 inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 (16: 9). In addition, the notebook has two USB 3.0 and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. A mini HDMI connection is also included. It is shipped with Windows 10 Home, but this is only available in Chinese and English. However, you can easily download and install your own language via Windows.
The notebook also has a 7.6V / 5000mAh polymer Li-ion battery, as well as a 2.0MP front camera which is perfect for the daily video calls via Skype and Co.
