The edgeless smartphone trend continues! The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 will be released soon and Vkworld presents its first smartphone with bezel-less display. In addition to the Mix Plus, there are comparable smartphones of competitors such as the Doogee Mix, Maze Alpha, Bluboo S1, Elephone S8 or UmiDigi Crystal.
The Mix Plus has a screen diagonal of 5.5 inches, which is fit into a 5.0-inch body thanks to barely no edges. It is an In-Cell LCD HD display with a resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels. On the front and back, Corning Gorilla glass is used, which is enclosed by the metal frame. The Vkworld Mix Plus has a MTK6737 quad-core processor with 1.3GHz installed. The internal memory amounts to 32GB and furthermore, 3GB of memory is available.
The manufacturer also sets new standards in camera terms. The 13.0 megapixel (interpolated) main camera uses a better signal camera and the latest image processing system to achieve the Bokeh effect with only one camera sensor. This was only possible with a dual camera so far. The 8.0-megapixel front camera (interpolated) has a built-in Beautification System for Selfies which gives your skin a more natural look and reduces photo noise.
In terms of connectivity, the phone supports full LTE with Band 20, Dual SIM, Wi-Fi b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0. The battery capacity is 2,850mAh. The operating system is up-to-date with Android 7.0 Nougat.
