Xiaomi redesigned and improved the first generation of its VR glasses and presents an even more comfortable VR glasses the XIAOMI Mi VR glasses PLAY 2.
 
The Mi VR Play 2 looks more stylish and is also more comfortable to wear. This is achieved and ensured by using new material, which was used for the head mount and the glasses. Furthermore, the weight has also been reduced, which contributes to an improved wearing comfort.

In the VR Glasses Play 2, aspheric lenses without coating are used. The VR glasses from Xiaomi have a 93-degree FOV. The Virtual Reality glasses can be used with smartphones ranging from 4.7-5.7-inches and it is recommended that the devices used have a minimum resolution of 1080p.

The Mi VR Play 2 glasses are made of high quality plastic (PC/ABS) and are wrapped with a resistant and elastic cotton known as "dragon cloth". Another major change is the use of a single elastic nylon headband instead of adjustable straps and the removal of the zipper. The dimensions of the VR glasses are 129 x 191 x 102 mm with a weight of 183 grams.
