L'Onda oBook 11 Plus ha un display da 11,6 pollici con una risoluzione Full HD di 1.920 x 1.080 pixel. Viene quindi con un rapporto di formato standard 16: 9. non è stato erogato con un digitalizzatore per uno stilo attiva. Esso è guidato dal processore Intel Core m3 Tablet. Ci sono 4 GB di RAM e 32 GB di memoria interna. Il sistema operativo è Windows 10 viene utilizzato, che dovrebbe fornire una prestazione molto buona con queste caratteristiche.
