The tablet is powered by the HiSilicon Kirin 950 with eight cores. The same SoC has already been used in the Mate 8. The Kirin 950 is an economical Octa-Core SoC that clocks four cores with 2.3GHz and four power-saving cores with 1.8GHz in the Big.Little architecture.
