due to the upcoming New Year celebrations on Dec 31 and the preparations soon to follow, travel activities of several hundred million workers and celebrations of the Chinese New Year, there are considerable restrictions on the availability of goods and the execution of shipments.

The fact that ports and factories are also closed for weeks for quarantine reasons makes the situation even more unpredictable. We cannot guarantee the correct processing of orders, which is why we will be on holiday from now until Feb 14, 2022 (i.e. after Chinese New Year) and will not accept any orders during this time.

As a customer of CECT-SHOP, you have the right to return an item you have ordered. Please note the following information.



1. If a device is delivered to you in a defective condition, you may return it for an exchange or refund, which we will carry out without delay.

2. If the ordered device has not the exact color or specification that you have ordered, you may return it for an exchange or refund. At this point, you may choose one of the alternative If you receive a product that is different in appearance or function from the device that you ordered, for example in a different color, you may request an exchange or a refund.



1. The product has been used or has traces of having been used. Please understand that in this case we could only sell used products on at a significant loss, and therefore we cannot accept returns of used products.

2. The product was not purchased from CECT-SHOP. We record all IMEI numbers of products we sell, and reserve the right to indelibly mark the inside of the product to enable us to identify it to prevent abuse of our services.

3. The product is not to your liking or satisfaction.

4. The product is a hygiene product, including but not limited to earphones, headphones, toothbrush.



1. Please email with your return request. Please include your name and order number, and give a detailed description of the defect and send pictures if necessary to show the defect, eg display or touchscreen problems. This will ensure a quick turnaround.

2. Please wait for a reply from our support team and follow the instructions you receive from us. Please do not send any products until you have received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.

Please notify us of the tracking number and shipping date when you send the defective device back to us.
