The Realme Q3s comes with a 144Hz display and is powered by a Snapdragon 778G 5G mobile processor. In addition, the Android phone with dual SIM support features a triple card slot with separate TF card slot to expand its internal storage by up to 1 terabyte (TB). The 8GB RAM version of the Realme Q3s also offers dynamic RAM expansion (DRE) technology. In this case, you can expand its 8GB RAM by an additional 5GB to 13GB of RAM. The China phone has a 6.6 inch FHD+ panel and on the rear of the Q3s is a triple camera setup comprised of a 48 megapixel main camera. On further review, the Realme Q3s 5G sports a full HD+ screen with 6.6 inches in diagonal length. The IPS LCD panel has a resolution of 2442x1080 pixels (401ppi), 90.8 per cent screen to body ratio and 96% NTSC color gamut. The screen can display 16.7 million colors and supports a peak brightness of 600nits. Underneath, the Realme Q3s 5G is powered by a 64bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 5G octa-core chipset with up 2.4GHz burst frequency, paired with an Adreno 642L and Qualcomm's sixth-generation AI engine. The Realme Q3s 5G is available with 6GB+128GB, 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB expandable storage via its separate microSD memory card slot. In addition, the 8GB RAM variant of the Realme Q3s supports DRE technology.
On the rear, the Realme Q3s 5G is equipped with a triple camera setup for taking photos and recording videos. The rear camera module houses a 48MP primary camera with an aperture of f/1.8. In addition, there is a monochrome 2 megapixel portrait camera and a 2-megapixel macro lens with 4cm focus distance. On the front, a 16-megapixel camera sensor is available for taking selfies, video calls or to unlock the smartphone with facial recognition. The front camera is housed in a hole-punch cutout located at the top left corner of the LCD screen. The rear camera supports video recordings with a maximum resolution of 4K at 30fps.
The Android device draws power from a built-in battery with 5,000mAh capacity supporting 30W Smart Fast charging technology.
