The notebook is available in three different variants. It is powered by the new 8th generation Intel Core i5 8250U or i7 8550U processor. The Intel Core i5-8250U is a low-cost quad-core SoC for notebooks and ultrabook’s based on the Kaby-Lake architecture. The four CPU cores clock with 1.6 to 3.4GHz. The faster i7-8550U supports a burst frequency of 1.6 to 4.0GHz. All models come with a dedicated graphics chip, the NVIDIA GeForce MX110 with 2GB GDDR5 memory.
Furthermore, a 128GB SATA SDD Disk is on board and a 1TB hard drive. The notebook sports fast 4 GB or 8 GB DDR4 RAM (2400MHz). As the name Xiaomi Notebook 15.6 says, it has a large 15.6 inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920x1080 (142 ppi). With the HDMI connection you are able to play 4K videos with max 30Hz or 1080p resolution with up to 60Hz.
In addition, the notebook has 2x USB 3.0 ports with max 2,5Gbps transfer rate, as well as 1x USB 2.0 interface and a Gigabit Ethernet port.
