The VIVO Xplay6 is a flagship smartphone with 6 GB of RAM and the Snapdragon 820 SoC! Compared to the predecessor model Xplay5 improvements were made in terms of HiFi sound and the smartphone both has a new audio chip as well as new amplifiers on board. The user has 6GB of RAM, as well as an internal memory with 128GB of data storage. The graphics processor uses the Adreno 530 GPU.
Compared to Xplay5, Vivo now offers its buyers a dual cam. The main camera is the Sony IMX362 sensor with 12 megapixels. The specifications of this camera include a six-part lens with f/1.7 aperture and 1.4 micrometer pixels, a dual-tone LED flash, a phase-detection autofocus (PDAF) and a 4-axis OIS. In addition, the lens of the camera is perfectly protected against scratches by extremely robust sapphire glass. This is followed by a second camera with 5 megapixels, which is responsible for depth effects (bokeh effect). Thus, e.g. also with the iPhone 7 Plus, photos are snapped, where the background is blurred and the foreground is more emphasized. Thanks to "all-pixel dual-core technology", the Xplay6 focuses especially fast with 0.03 seconds. On the front the user gets a 16 MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture. 4K recordings are of course supported as well.
Other features include a 4.080mAh battery, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi (802.11a / b / g / n / ac), OTG and GPS. Also a gyroscope to use the device with VR glasses is on board. Furthermore, a fingerprint scanner is directly located in the front, which protects you even more from unwanted access. The smartphone runs with the VIVO UI Funtouch 3.0, based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. In the 8.4 mm thick metal case, Vivo uses the ES9038 audio chip and three OPA1622 amplifiers for outstanding sound and audio playback quality.
